Albion College has 2% of international students.It is always difficult to get into a US university as an international student, especially when you require financial aid. The good thing is Albion College provides need-based aids to international students as well.

Yeah, Alfred State College does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

Yeah, I agree with the previous answer. Try searching for sponsorships in your country as well. The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.
Your statistics are obviously above 25% of the students admitted in the last class by American University. But the college applications are much more than just these scores. So, write good essays and get great recommendations and you should be on your way to American University next year. Best of Luck!
