        Yeah, Chapman University does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

        Presidential Scholarship
        Requirement for maintenance: a minimum 2.75 cumulative Chapman GPA
        Separate application needed: No

        Chancellors or Provost Scholarship
        Requirement for maintenance: a minimum 2.75 cumulative Chapman GPA
        Separate application needed: No

        Deans Scholarship
        Requirement for maintenance: a minimum 2.75 cumulative Chapman GPA
        Separate application needed: No

        Chapman University provides aids at an average of 35342 per student meeting 75% of students need. 100% of students with need receive financial aid at an average of 17928 need-based grant. They also provide other scholarships including Child of Chapman University and DOC and UCC Awards.
