    Yeah, I agree with the previous answer. Try searching for sponsorships in your country as well. The university provides merit based scholarships too but I am not sure if international students are eligible for them. Better look their profile in OYA School or search in their website or maybe ask them.

    Yeah, Temple University does provide scholarships based on merit. Here are some of them:

    Academic Merit Scholarships

    Eligibility: $3000 to Full tuition
    Requirement for maintenance: minimum cumulative GPA

    Application deadline: 1st February

    Air Force ROTC
    Total Worth: Partial or full tuition scholarships, plus room and board and book allowance
    Eligibility: Partial or full tuition scholarships, plus room and board and book allowance
    Minimum Criteria: Pass the physical examination for participation in ROTC;
    possess at least a 2.5 grade point average; and
    have 1100 on the SAT are eligible.

    Army ROTC
    Total Worth: Full tuition and fees scholarships, plus monthly stipend and allowance for books
    Eligibility: Full tuition and fees scholarships, plus monthly stipend and allowance for books
    Minimum Criteria: Pass the physical examination for participation in ROTC;
    have at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average;
    excel at an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) consisting of push-ups, sit-ups and a two mile run for time.
