The Sino-African Friendship Program is a full scholarship program sponsored by the Ministry of Education of China for designated Chinese universities to recruit outstanding African students.
Additionally, as part of the program, a selected number of outstanding applicants will enroll in the Master’s Program in Information and Communication Engineering at the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT). Likewise, the 3-year program is fully in English and selected applicants will join the program during Fall 2020.

Eligibilities for Fully Funded Scholarships in China
- African Citizens in good health;
- Additionally, Bachelor’s Degree holders in Communication or Electronic Engineering, in Math/Physics or related fields no more than 35 years old;
- Also, IELTS≧6.0 or TOEFL≧75 or equivalent. Also, applicants who could not provide the above mentioned English test results should attend the English test organized by CQUPT. The organizers may exempt native English-speaking applicants from providing the above English proficiency certificate;
- Furthermore, do not obtain other scholarships.
