American College (Brisbane) has an articulation with Australian Catholic University and its graduates receive Advanced standing for various Bachelor degrees. American College (Brisbane) is also in articulation with Alphacrucis College, self-accrediting institution for Bachelor programs and its graduates can continue their undergraduate studies at American College (Brisbane) campus itself. College also has articulation with Christian Heritage College for Bachelor degrees.

American College (Brisbane) has a campus in Brisbane with ultra-short throw projectors, computer library with state of the art training rooms for presentation, audio-visual and video conferencing along with student lounges. Workshops are arranged for students, guest lectures by industry captains, oral presentations and personality development soft skill courses are offered. Campus is only two and half kilometres from Brisbane CBD and is accessible by public transportation and train.
